KERION, the French symphonic power metal band led by the female vocalist Flora Spinelli will release their new album "Cloudriders: Age of Cyborgs" on CD and digital on June 3rd via Beyond the Storm Productions.

"Cloudriders: Age of Cyborgs" takes you on a majestic journey filled with symphonic power metal, cinematic influences and even some electro influences. Kerion boldly steps out and call this style "Comics metal"!

It's a great blend of different metal genres and styles, with great solos in basically every song, just that touch of oriental influences that feel natural but not artificial and above all else, performed by the beautiful, haunting voice of Jelena Dobric, who uses it in a way that is not the typical operatic approach as we are used to from other female-fronted bands wormys_queue

I bought the album on vinyl basically just to have the EP on physical format, I'll be honest. This is not to say the album is bad (it is absolutely amazing) but the EP blew me away and is honestly one of the best and most versatile albums I've listened to in a while and the vocals are just insanely good. If you like ExLibris you'll love this band too, no doubt thebluemeanie
